As a key investment opportunity, this client wanted to transform an old and unoccupied residential building into 12 separate dwellings to be rented out as a part of a new business venture.
Even with the building being grade listed, our team were able to step in and carry out the renovation, installing steelworks and internal staircases as well as the heating, plumbing and electrical works across all dwellings, resulting in luxury apartments that the owner was extremely impressed with.

Once a quote is accepted, we meet again to go over the contract, the work programme, and introduce you to your project coordinator (admin/support) and Project Lead (Onsite builder). Then set a start date and payment schedule.Step Four – Build
Following commencement on site, we will give you weekly updates of progress, inform you of any changes/issues ahead of time. We aim to keep in close contact with you throughout the process to ensure you are informed throughout.Step Five – Pre-Completion
