INITIAL BRIEF
The client wanted to utilise their garage better, transforming it into a habitable area, and to open up the kitchen diner to have a large open living space.
Existing property
The property was an 80’s build, and as such, it had a small reception area typical its age. The garage and kitchen had a lot of services and utilities to navigate.
Construction
The first thing to do was to address the structural elements involved in the project. We had the wall down and steel installed in week one, and then came the first fix. The internal space was paltered, and the client’s bespoke kitchen was fitted with some unique on site design input for some better floor/electrical finishes.
The Finish
The new space worked really well, giving a nice modern twist and a luxurious centre piece kitchen.
